What our guests say...
We've been staying at Barracks Cottage at least once a year since 2012 and lost count of how many visits we've had now. Had a great week.. and Spot the dogs first ever holiday. We've climbed Munros, trekked over big hills, visited Sandaig and had trips on the ferry. (Great coffee & cake at the Ferry Shore Station.) Spot has really enjoyed his first holiday here. We will be back in just a few weeks time for our regular October stay and looking forward to it already! Pine Marten has been visiting but we've not spotted him. Used the new BBQ but not had chance to light the fire-pit while here... but maybe next time. As ever thank you for a fabulous stay. BC is like our second home now and we are always sad to leave xxx

Dexter McDexter & I have had the most amazing week here! This must be the closest place to heaven you can get. We have loved every second of our visit and can't wait to come back. The cottage is just perfect and the views... surreal. We have lived our best lives each and every day and had adventures we will never forget. A haven of tranquility that was much needed in these strange times. Thank you for letting us share your wonderful cottage x

Another fantastic stay at Barracks Cottage (4th time for us). As ever it was fantastic, peace, calm… beautiful. Never was this more needed than after this last year! Highlights - sea eagles out of the cottage window and on the road to Corran. Walking up Gleann Beag to the top and out to the moor. Trip out to the Point of Sleat and the return on the Glenelg ferry. The Glenelg Inn is a must, the food is always amazing and the craic is always mighty. Sitting on the beach and listening to nothing but the sea. Pine Marten called every night at his usual table by the window! (Anytime from 20:00pm onwards.) Looking forward to next time.

Another great holiday in Glenelg. Highlights were: Sandaig, The Skye Ferry, The Wildlife - dolphins, seals visits from the pine marten and of course The Glenelg Inn! Fun was had!!

A delightful cottage with all the facilities you could want A very welcoming atmoshere and cake and wine were delicious. The local pub, small shop and cafe just up the road to tempt your taste buds and fantastic scenery, views, and wild life all at your door with more just around every corner. I recommend Barracks cottage for a relaxing quiet break with so much to do nearby if desired.

This cottage is amazing. Clean and cozy with everything you could possibly need. Such wonderful views and widelife to be seen. The perfect place to get away from it all.
